We admire and are inspired by: Candace Josephs, our first Pilates teacher (and also the youngest daughter of Joe Louis). We would never have stuck with Pilates if it weren’t for her!
Activities: We love to take mega-long power walks together and run (depending on what the body is asking for!!!)
